Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer Intern develops, reviews and evaluates manufacturing processes, working with the engineering and production teams on product design and tooling to ensure that manufacturing goals are achieved safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
  • Research and learn to advance knowledge and competency
  • Support product realization under operations supervision
  • Understand and help develop documentation packages for manufacturing process
  • Develop, build, and refine production/manufacturing engineering processes, partnering with engineering and production teams on product design and tooling to ensure efficient production processes
  • Assist in establishing manufacturing and assembly processes for production programs
  • Work with the engineering and the production teams on product design and tooling to ensure efficient production processes
  • Develop manufacturing processes related to assembly and automation
  • Determine the manufacturing processes required to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification

Qualifications
  • No experience is required.
  • High School or GED.
  • Currently enrolled in a university program

Compensation will be determined based on current academic classification and level of education attainment.
$24.00-$33.00 per hour.
