Position Summary

The Sales Enablement Lead owns the global approach to onboarding and seller readiness, helping ensure sellers and sales managers are equipped to perform effectively throughout their journey at Rimini Street. This role will lead global onboarding, establish role-based readiness expectations, identify priority capability gaps and determine the right interventions to improve seller and manager performance. The focus is on accelerating time-to-productivity, strengthening readiness and improving sales execution and performance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Own the global onboarding and seller readiness strategy, with a focus on accelerating time-to-productivity and strengthening sales performance.
  • Establish role-based readiness expectations, development journeys and measures of proficiency for sellers and sales managers.
  • Identify priority capability and readiness gaps using business priorities, performance data and field insights.
  • Translate identified gaps into targeted enablement interventions, including learning, practice, reinforcement, coaching and performance support.
  • Lead priority seller and manager readiness initiatives tied to key business, sales and go-to-market priorities.
  • Own seller and manager readiness for core sales methodologies, including Challenger and MEDDPICC, ensuring they are embedded into onboarding, ongoing development, practice and reinforcement.
  • Equip sales managers to reinforce enablement priorities, coach effectively and drive accountability within their teams.
  • Partner across Global Sales Enablement and with subject-matter experts to translate readiness priorities into scalable solutions.
  • Apply AI and modern technologies to improve readiness, practice, personalization and scale.
  • Measure time-to-productivity, readiness, application and impact to continuously improve enablement effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement, sales effectiveness, sales learning or a related commercial discipline.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales and the factors that influence seller and manager performance.
  • Experience with onboarding, seller readiness, capability development or performance improvement.
  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business and performance needs into practical, scalable enablement solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in enterprise software, technology or professional services.
  • Experience supporting seller and manager development within a global sales organization.
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDPICC or similar approaches.
  • Experience with modern enablement, practice and AI-enabled technologies.
