Job description

Manager of FinTech Sales
The Manager of Finance Tech (Fintech) Sales is an integral, highly-visible role that drives success across the organization. You will manage a team of revenue driving professionals to reach the monthly/annual company and individual quota targets. The Manager defines the vision and strategy for the Fintech Sales team, and coaches the team on best practices and sales strategies to achieve company targets. Further, the Manager owns the partnership with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success department heads.
What you'll do:
  • Create and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our fintech sales process
  • Lead a team of revenue driving representatives with established performance metrics
  • Forecast, manage team pipeline and report on team outcomes
  • Enable and coach the sales team on best practices and creative sales levers to close deals and drive revenue
  • Foster & build overall relationship with key customers to drive increased adoption
  • In partnership with Marketing, create sales collateral to help drive customer adoption
  • Use technical and business acumen to develop new strategies and align business drivers to AccuLynx solutions
  • Proactively work with customers to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Leadership to provide sales perspective and guidance develop coordinated view and consistent measurement of adoption
  • Provide sales perspective and guidance to product development, releases, pricing strategy, customer escalation, operational process and technology changes

What you'll need:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven leadership: 5+ years experience in a SaaS and/or fintech environment/company with history of leading teams and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in sales; including account planning, prospecting, running sales calls, and negotiating
  • Build relationships with customers and articulate the value of our offerings
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills
