Job description

Fintech Sales Account Manager

Intermex continues to increase market share, double-digit increases in key financial measures! Join our Team!

What you will do:

Our Sales Account Managers are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with assigned area agents, including the day-to-day execution of FX investments, managing the ROI in order to achieve sales objectives and revenue goals in conjunction with the members in the field. Sales Account Managers / Agent Sales Executives will also leverage other Intermex products and services to increase profits, agent transactions, and loyalty. This role is ideal for candidates who are success driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced and changing environment with a diverse team. Candidates should possess experience in an outbound dialing phone based sales role and have good mathematical reasoning.

Must be able to work evenings and weekends:

5 days a week with either Tuesday & Saturday off -OR- Wednesday & Sunday off Can choose either: 9am to 6pm, 10am to 7pm, or 12pm to 9pm 100% in office with hybrid potential after 90 days based on performance

What you bring:

  • Provide support and build strong relationships with current and new agents
  • Monitor and negotiate day-to-day FX rates, commissions and customer fees to increase volume transactions
  • Perform regular market analysis on competitors rates and pricings
  • Facilitate exchange rate changes as suggested and requested by agents
  • Support agents with transactions and provide resolutions to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Partner with Field and Internal sales teams to increase volume and transactional revenue streams
  • Strive to generate and increase transactions to maximize revenue

What you have:

  • 2 or more years of Sales experience
  • Bachelors or Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, International Business or related fields (Preferred, not required)
  • Analytical and mathematical reasoning (We provide automated digital calculators to assist in sales decision making, but reps must interpret data at a high level)
  • Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office software
  • Create approach to decision making and escalation when needed
  • Must be bilingual either English/Spanish or English/Kreyol or French
