Job description

Hours: M-F 5:30am-2:00pm, OT may be required before/after shift + weekends

The RMA Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the Returns (RMA) Department within the warehouse. This role supports the development and execution of operational policies and procedures while driving productivity, accuracy, and compliance. The RMA Supervisor plays a key role in meeting business goals related to receiving, shipping, inventory accuracy, and maintaining a safe, compliant facility.

What You'll Do:

  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the RMA department
  • Execute and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standard work instructions
  • Drive productivity across receiving, shipping, and inventory accuracy functions
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies within the facility
  • Manage non-compliant returns and execute appropriate resolutions
  • Oversee team training, onboarding, and ongoing development
  • Manage and enforce vendor and customer return policies and procedures
  • Partner with operations to plan workforce needs and staffing levels to meet logistics center requirements
  • Monitor performance metrics and take corrective action as needed to meet operational goals

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse or operations environment
  • Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, tracking, reporting)
  • Experience working with computer products (handling, tracking, returns, or refurbishment)
  • Strong comfort level working in computer-based systems and applications
