RMA Associate I

$17.00 per hour

About the Role

TD SYNNEX is seeking a detail-oriented RMA Associate I to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will support returns processing, inventory movement, receiving, and shipping activities while ensuring accuracy, productivity, and a safe work environment. This position plays an important role in maintaining inventory integrity and delivering excellent service to our customers and vendor partners.


What You'll Do
  • Prepare orders to be returned to vendors, including order picking and quality control

  • Perform physical inventory counts

  • Schedule carrier pickups

  • Request commercial invoices from the Customs team

  • Move inventory using an RF scanner

  • Receive branch shipments, material transfers, and customer returns

  • Hand-wrap products on pallets for shipment

  • Receive inbound freight from carriers

  • Record inbound freight transactions within the system

  • Prepare customer returns for receiving

  • Create material transfers and return-to-stock (RTS) orders

  • Accurately sort freight and record package information

  • Follow TD SYNNEX returns processes and procedures

  • Meet established department productivity standards

  • Prioritize daily workload and assignments

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Support co-worker safety and departmental security

  • Assist with departmental coverage and cross-functional support as needed

  • Work overtime when required

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

  • Follow all company health and safety policies, procedures, and practices, and promptly report workplace hazards or safety concerns

  • Operate Material Handling Equipment (Will train)

What You'll Bring
  • 1+ year of warehouse, distribution center, returns processing, logistics, or related experience preferred

  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good basic math skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to work

  • Strong organizational skills and effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the workday

  • Regularly lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.

  • Manual dexterity for handling products and warehouse equipment

  • Quick learner with a flexible and positive attitude
