Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable RMA Device Support Specialist to join our operations team. This role is responsible for managing the return, inspection, and reprocessing of GPS and telematics devices, ensuring all units are correctly handled and prepared for redeployment to the field.

Key Responsibilities:

· Receive and log incoming returned devices (RMA units) from the field

· Inspect and test returned devices for functionality and damage

· Document device status and update RMA tracking systems

· Repackage functional units for redeployment and restock

· Coordinate with the operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely processing

· Maintain a clean and organized RMA work area

· Support inventory reconciliation and data entry tasks related to RMA devices

· Identify trends in device returns and escalate quality concerns as needed

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

· Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or RMA processing is a plus

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Comfortable using computers and inventory/RMA tracking systems

· Ability to lift boxes up to 30 lbs
