Overview
Dermatology Associates, the leading dermatology practice in the Tri-Cities region, is currently seeking MAs/CMAs/RMAs/LPNs/RNs to fill full-time and part-time positions at our Bristol, TN; Johnson City, TN; and/or Kingsport, TN location. No weekends, nights, or holidays.

Work Environment:
The individuals will work closely with our providers and other staff to provide the most comprehensive care possible to our patients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Providing comprehensive medical administrative support, including managing patient intake and maintaining electronic health records (EHR).
  • Assisting providers in patient care.
  • Administering medications and treatment as instructed by the provider.
  • Contacting patients regarding tests or upcoming appointments
  • Conduct interviews to collect patient medical history and symptom information
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals in various settings to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Utilizing knowledge of medical terminology and physiology to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized medical environment, adhering to safety and health protocols.
  • Prior medical office experience preferred.

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required Credentials: Must have successfully completed medical assistant schooling and/or RMA, CMA, LPN, or RN

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 24 - 40 hours per week
