Summary:
Responsible for testing returned equipment (RMA), managing the return process, and tracking company assets. Ensure equipment functionality, maintain accurate records, and manage asset inventory, other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions:

  • Equipment Testing and RMA Processing:
  • Test returned equipment, including electrical testing, to diagnose issues and verify functionality.
  • Document and report findings for each tested item.
  • Coordinate with vendors and customers to manage the RMA process.
  • Ensure timely processing and return of defective or repaired equipment.
  • Asset Tracking and Management:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of all company assets.
  • Track the movement and status of equipment across various sites.
  • Ensure proper tagging and documentation of new and existing assets.
  • Conduct periodic audits to verify asset locations and conditions.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Compile and upload detailed reports and documentation for tested equipment.
  • Maintain records of asset inventory, including transfers and disposals.
  • Prepare and submit required paperwork and reports to management using Excel.
  • Coordination and Communication:
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal departments.
  • Provide regular updates on asset status and RMA processing.
  • Compliance and Safety:
  • Adhere to safety and quality control requirements.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to vehicle and equipment use.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

  • Strong Excel skills for data tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to lift/pull heavy equipment.

Education and Experience:
