As the Restaurant General Manager in Calumet, MI, you will be responsible for motivating and directing team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, friendly, and fast service in a clean facility. You will manage the guest experience through operations and timely response to Guest issues. You will also identify and interact with the community to engage prospective guests and execute local marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will lead the restaurant’s recruitment and selection process to build an effective restaurant team as well as provide coaching and feedback to Team Members, Shift Coordinators, and Assistant Managers. Finally, you will review key P&L lines to increase profitability for the restaurant.
