Critical Care NP/PA Opportunity

HCA Florida Brandon Hospital and ICC Healthcare are seeking a critical care NP/PA to join their busy and growing ICU programs in Brandon, Florida and the surrounding Tampa area.

Qualified Candidates:

  • Must be ACNP trained or PA; this position cannot accept any other NP specialties
  • Only experienced ICU APP candidates can be considered
  • Full Time, mix of day shifts and night shifts
  • 12-hour shifts, block scheduling
  • APPs perform their own procedures including arterial lines, central lines, chest tubes, bronchs, intubation and vent management
  • Ability to cover at 3 HCA facilities within the Tampa area: Brandon, South Shore, and South Tampa hospitals
  • HCA Brandon: 2 MDs and 1 APP during the day (7a-7p) and 1 MD at night (7p-7a)
  • HCA South Shore: 1 MD (7a-1p) and 1 APP (1p-7p) during the day and 1 APP at night (7p-7a) with remote MD backup
  • HCA South Tampa: 1 MD (1p-7p) and 1 APP during the day (7a-1p) and 1 APP at Night (7p-7a) with remote MD backup
