About the role
  • The Work Incentive Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for employed beneficiaries as it relates to Allsup Employment Services Return to Work program. The Work Incentive Specialist is responsible for building a positive relationship with the employed beneficiary.

  • Provide on-going education about the Social Security Administration Ticket-to-Work program and encourages on-going participation

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience (HS Diploma or GED required)
  • One (1) to two (2) years' customer service
  • Ability to learn, retain and apply information

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and customer relations skills
