- A track record of success selling to large K-12 school districts (10,000+ student enrollment preferred)
- Experience navigating complex, multi-threaded district sales processes
- The ability to build and manage executive-level relationships across stakeholder groups
- Consistent performance in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a long-cycle, strategic sales environment
- Comfort leading solution-based selling discussions with district administrators, technology leaders, and procurement teams
- Experience with EdTech, public sector sales, or consultative SaaS selling is strongly valued
