Job description

Business Development Recruiter (AEC)

Company Name: Luxus Group

Location: Fully Remote (National)

Project Focus: Architecture, Engineering, & Construction (AEC) Talent Acquisition

Work Setting: 100% Remote / Entrepreneurial

Salary: $90,000 – $350,000+ (100% Commission | 40%–70% Revenue Share)

Position Overview

Are you a high-performing sales professional ready to pivot your prospecting prowess into a scalable, repeatable, and location-independent wealth engine? We are seeking a Business Development Recruiter to spearhead our expansion within the AEC sector. This isn’t a traditional "job"—it is a mission to architect your own book of business. In this role, you will leverage the same core fundamentals used in high-stakes real estate—lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing—but within a model that offers faster cycles, repeat client revenue, and no geographic boundaries.

Joining our team means stepping into a high-octane environment where your income is a direct reflection of your drive. Unlike the transactional nature of residential sales, this role focuses on becoming a strategic partner to the nation's most prestigious engineering and architecture firms. You are not just filling roles; you are building the teams that design the world’s infrastructure. With a proven training system designed specifically for career-transitioners and a dedicated support stack, we provide the platform—you provide the grit.

Core Responsibilities

  • Market Dominance & Business Development: Prospect and win new client relationships with AEC firms nationally through high-volume outbound activity, LinkedIn strategy, and referral networking.

  • Strategic Client Management: Pitch executive search and specialized recruiting services to C-suite and hiring authorities, converting prospects into long-term, repeat partners.

  • Full-Cycle Execution: Manage the entire search lifecycle from the initial intake call to offer negotiation and final placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

  • Pipeline Engineering: Drive consistent daily KPIs (50–100 touches) to maintain a robust pipeline that supports your personal six-figure income goals.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal recruiting coordinators to source and qualify top-tier talent, leveraging our proprietary tech stack to accelerate the hiring process.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a talent consultant within the AEC industry, providing market intelligence and targeted headhunting for critical, confidential, and executive-level roles.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of successful sales experience, specifically within Real Estate (Agent/Broker) or high-volume Business Development roles.

  • Performance History: A proven track record of prospecting, lead generation, and managing complex deals from first contact to close.

  • Communication: Elite negotiation and verbal/written communication skills; ability to build instant rapport with executive leadership.

  • Mindset: A fiercely self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit comfortable with a 100% commission structure and high-performance expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Knowledge: Previous exposure to or interest in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) sectors.

  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Vincere, Bullhorn, Salesforce) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Leadership: A desire to eventually transition into a "player/coach" role or lead a specialized recruiting division.
