As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you'll serve as a strategic sourcing expert focused on identifying, engaging, and pre-qualifying top-tier talent across technical and business functions. You'll leverage advanced sourcing techniques, market intelligence, and relationship-building skills to attract highly sought-after candidates, including engineering professionals and cleared talent.

What You'll Do
Strategic Talent Acquisition
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business hiring objectives.
  • Analyze labor market trends, talent availability, and competitor activity to support hiring decisions.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build targeted talent pipelines.
  • Deliver talent market insights and sourcing data to stakeholders and leadership.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
  • Source passive and active candidates across technical and non-technical disciplines.

Candidate Engagement & Assessment
  • Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments.
  • Evaluate candidates for technical qualifications, cultural fit, and career alignment.
  • Develop positive candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
  • Pre-close qualified candidates to improve offer acceptance rates.
  • Partner with recruiters to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Events & Brand Promotion
  • Support virtual and in-person recruiting initiatives.

  • Promote employment branding through social media and professional networking channels.
Data & Process Excellence
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity within CRM and ATS systems.

  • 2+ years of sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong experience sourcing passive talent using:

  • Demonstrated success sourcing technical talent across disciplines such as:
    • Systems Engineering
    • Software Engineering
    • Mechanical Engineering

  • Experience sourcing business, operations, production, and supply chain professionals
  • Previous experience sourcing cleared candidates and understanding security clearance requirements
  • Experience conducting candidate phone screens and qualification assessments

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
