We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will take ownership of sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent across the organization. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping the candidate experience by ensuring every applicant receives timely communication, clear guidance, and a professional recruitment journey from first contact through onboarding.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, job fairs and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Facilitate the selection process, including administering assessments, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Produces daily and weekly reports regarding recruitment endeavors Keeps employment records for future utilization.
  • Assist with other related tasks and projects as needed.
