About This Role
Hyland is seeking a Strategy Deployment Lead to join our Strategy Deployment team. This is a high-impact role driving cross-functional programs that support our most ambitious and business-critical corporate strategy initiatives. You'll work across teams including product, finance, and go-to-market, helping shape and execute strategies that directly influence the company's growth and performance. You'll thrive in this role if you're great at creating structure out of ambiguity, influencing without authority, and delivering results in fast-paced, complex environments.
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.
  • Lead the execution of cross-functional strategic programs aligned with company priorities.
  • Translate strategy into action through initiative roadmaps, KPIs/OKRs, and operating models.
  • Drive alignment across business leaders and functional partners.
  • Communicate progress and insights through executive-ready reporting.
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to delivery.
  • Coach initiative teams and continuously improve execution practices.
Role Essentials
  • 5-8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or PMO roles, with proven success managing large, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong change management capabilities with the ability to work across functions including product, finance, and go-to-market.
  • Executive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence without authority and drive alignment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data synthesis skills; comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
  • Proven experience with program management tools and methodologies to drive execution and accountability.
What We'd Like to See (Preferred Skills)
  • Experience with OKRs, KPI dashboards, and strategy operating models.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Excel modeling, or analytics tools.
  • Background in remote-first organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to create structure out of ambiguity and deliver results in complex environments.
  • Experience coaching initiative teams and continuously improving execution practices.
