Must Haves
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, healthcare operations, program management, consulting, population health, care coordination, or related fields
- 2+ years of direct people leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategy and influence execution across large-scale initiatives
- Experience identifying organizational gaps and designing creative solutions to solve them
- Experience developing roadmaps, pilot programs, workflow improvements, or new interventions
- Strong analytical and data storytelling skills
- Experience using data, KPIs, and performance metrics to make strategic recommendations
- Experience presenting recommendations to senior leaders and influencing decision-making
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Day to day:
A client of Insight Global’s is looking for a Senior Manager to oversee the team's outreach operations strategy. This role will lead a group of Dialysis Transition Managers focused on improving the patient transition experience from hospital to outpatient dialysis. This person will act as both a strategic leader and operational owner, driving evolution of the outreach program while managing and developing the team. They will own and execute high-impact strategic initiatives, including launching pilot programs, improving operational processes, and identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency within the hospital ecosystem. The role is highly cross-functional, partnering with clinical, operational, and technical teams to implement scalable solutions. On a day-to-day basis, this person will analyze data and hospital insights to inform strategy, lead complex projects from concept through rollout, and present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. There’s a strong emphasis on storytelling, problem-solving, and driving measurable business and patient care impact.
