Job description

Kepler executes engineered marketing, where every message and ad delivered helps create a more personalized and productive relationship between brands and their consumers. We do this by acting as clients' agency of record, as their in-house team, or some hybrid of the two - and by harnessing data and technology across all paid digital media and data-driven CRM channels.

Kepler prides itself on being a great place to work. In fact, we're proud to share that AdAge recognized Kepler among the Best Place to Work in 2022, validating our investment in our team and our clients.
  • We're transparent with our employees. You'll hear updates on company financials, how we're performing against bonus goals, and how we're responding to challenges we face.
  • We're growing. For you, that means unparalleled growth opportunities and a role in shaping the direction of the company.
  • We're fun. You'll work with and learn from the smartest people in the industry and have a blast doing it.

THE TEAM

The Strategy team owns our client relationships, leading communication of Kepler's strategic guidance and ensuring that internal teams meet and exceed clients' goals. They're home to ad operations, campaign project management, and overarching client planning.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Analyst, Media Strategy, you will be the primary architect of multi-channel media plans and the project lead for their execution. You aren't just looking at platform dashboards; you are looking at the client's "big picture."

We are looking for a highly organized, Project Management-oriented strategist. The ideal candidate has the "Media Savvy" to know how Meta and Search function, but the rigor to manage complex account structures (e.g., Franchise/Multi-location) and high-touch client relationships without letting a single detail slip through the cracks.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with clients to map business goals to advanced activation strategies across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, while leveraging Amazon DSP to capture high-intent audiences.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of complex campaigns, ensuring seamless integration between social storytelling and programmatic precision.
  • Go beyond basic metrics to analyze the "so what." Use data to uncover deep consumer insights, optimize for long-term value (LTV), and refine attribution models.
  • Develop and execute robust A/B testing frameworks (creative, audience, and bidding) to constantly push the boundaries of what's possible on emerging platforms like TikTok.
  • Act as a strategic consultant for your clients, translating technical platform updates into actionable business opportunities during weekly, monthly, and annual strategy reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure Social and Amazon DSP efforts are harmonized, maximizing reach and minimizing frequency fatigue.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 1-3+ years of full-time experience in digital media optimization. Deep hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager is required.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube/Google Ads and the nuances of video-first activation.
  • Experience with Amazon DSP (or similar sophisticated DSPs) to drive full-funnel activation and retail media integration.
  • Proven ability to move beyond execution into "Activation Strategy"-understanding how creative, data, and platform algorithms work together.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn complex Excel or BI tool data into compelling slide decks and strategic narratives.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage complex workloads in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
