Job description

Incident Response Network Engineer
6+ month with potential to Convert or Extend
Location: Remote - Must reside in US
This person will be an escalation point for our SSL certificate requests. They won't necessarily be on the forefront of request fulfillment but will be an escalation point from our Network Operations team in case there is an issue trying to issue a certificate. Their secondary response will be to assist on the PKI project by working with customers/stakeholders to migrate their endpoints over to a different certificate authority.
  • Network troubleshooting (Layer 2 to Layer 7). Incident Response. Request fulfillment. Change Management. DEVOPs

  • Acclimation to our network environment by reviewing docs, confluence pages, network maps, and by asking questions.
