Job description

Title - Reliability Engineer
Location - Lewisville, Ohio, USA (remote is fine as well)
Years - 7 to 10 years
The below certification is must to have!
  1. Mandatory Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), Certified Reliability Leader (CRL)
  2. Reliability Engineers with background in Steel Manufacturing domain/field

Job Description:
  1. 7+ years working experience of Risk-Based analysis tools such as Criticality Analysis and Failure Modes Effect Analysis (FMEA).
  2. 5+ years working experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and/or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs preferred.
  3. Must have a working knowledge experience and understanding of Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).
  4. Mandatory Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), Certified Reliability Leader (CRL)
  5. Preferred - Certified Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt.
  6. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.
  7. Understanding of Preventive / Predictive Maintenance technologies
  8. Understanding of Bill of Materials, Critical Spares, and Asset Hierarchy and how each impacts the optimization of asset maintenance systems.
  9. Good knowledge of Technical Drawings /Blue Prints, P&IDs, and technical manuals.
  10. Preferred knowledge of SAP, MAXIMO, MP2, or similar CMMS /EAM software is a plus.
  11. Must have a working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic principles and their use on mechanical systems.
  12. Must have working knowledge of tool room and assembly processes and practices.
  13. Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Project.
  14. Hands-on experience in manufacturing, machine debug, and root cause failure analysis.
  15. Experience working with Health, Safety and Environment compliance (EHS)
