WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
As a Merchandising Assistant for BaubleBar you will be responsible for driving sales growth and inventory health through cutting-edge product development, assortment planning and data management. Working alongside our Merchandising team, we are looking for someone who will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:
  • Support the Associate VP of Merchandising on developing assortment strategies and document them in presentations for cross functional teams
  • Lead the cross-functional order placement process, including managing data inputs required in our PLM systems and leading the review of product to be ordered with Product Development, Production, Design and Item Setup teams
  • Work directly with the Item Setup team to finalize item creation process
  • Analyze selling in both weekly and ad hoc reporting cadences
  • Partner with the Merchandise Planning Manager and Planning Associate to track inventory delivery timelines
  • Work onsite in our Manhattan office up to 4 days per week, with remaining day(s) remote

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:
  • Understanding of key retail metrics, including sell thru, open to buy, days of supply, and margin
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to create sales performance reports, including use of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

WHAT WE OFFER:
  • Starting hourly range for this role is $24.00 - $26.00. Starting offer within that range will factor in work location, skills, background and years of relevant experience
