Your impact Are you passionate about education and Learning & Development? Are you excited about empowering people to develop skills in Gen AI? This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your data skills to design engaging and effective online learning experiences.

The Learning Designer will play an important role in designing AI training workshops and programs with measurable impact for learners at all levels from individual contributors to executives, with technical and non-technical backgrounds. This person will leverage their expertise in adult learning and co-design principles to design content and activities that are evidence-based, customer and user-centered, and results-driven. Based on education for employment and career development best practices, they will research, design, and refine engaging learning experiences in data, AI, and other technology areas.

A successful Learning Designer will work closely with Operations, Account Management, instructors, and potential learners to ensure each program is designed to deliver a learning experience that enables impactful professional growth and advancement for our learners, while also achieving demonstrable outcomes for clients and Correlation One. A day in the life Define learning objectives based on client needs, create course outlines, design content and activities that align with learning objectives, and develop slides and instructor guides for live online training programs focusing on data and AI. Manage content development for programs from inception to completion, defining and meeting objectives and timelines, and setting up mechanisms to track and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Understand and follow clients' strategic direction and translate client needs to curriculum requirements. Collaborate with experts and account managers to ensure effective design, development, implementation, and feedback loops, considering different aspects of learning including assessment, delivery, and facilitation. Provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders on best practices of online learning design and development and present innovative solutions.

Bring a content and learning perspective to decision making, weighing pros and cons based on the learning experience and desired goals and outcomes for each program. Provide recommendations for content delivery methods based on learner profile, client goals, and content subject matter. Develop and grow knowledge of the EdTech and corporate learning landscape.

Your expertise 2-4 years experience working in a Learning or Instructional Designer role. Experience executing projects that align with company and client goals. Strong understanding of how projects impact goals, prioritizing based on highest impact.

Comfortable with designing corporate training for AI and AI-adjacent technical topics. Expertise in designing courses for online learning, both synchronous and asynchronous training. Comfortable with quick pivots and operating with some level of ambiguity; seeks clarity through open and thoughtful communication.

Data-driven and results-oriented. Biased for action; tenacious. Collaborative spirit, proactive in reaching out to people and keeping them in the loop, ability to be self-sufficient in determining appropriate channels for communication and collaboration.

Self aware and able to learn and grow from actions that did not return the desired outcome. Comfortable and excited to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Superior written communication skills and attention to detail.

Where you are This role is remote and can be based in Latin America (LatAm). Working hours must be compatible with the EST time zone.
