Epson is looking for a recent college graduate to join our Latin America Product Marketing team! ย The Undergraduate Rotation Program is an opportunity to be exposed to multiple areas within Epson America's B2B lines of business, as well as develop a wide range of skills and experience in preparation for opportunities within the company before completion of the one-year program.

What areas will I work in?

  • The Specialist will gain experience in three key areas of Latin Product Marketing, Product Forecasting, and Service and Support.
    • Product Marketing:
      • Work closely with Marketing Communications, Documentation, Service/Support, Logistics, and other groups to manage the product throughout its lifecycle
      • Make recommendations regarding positioning and pricing of assigned product(s)
      • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking and make recommendations
    • Product Forecasting:
      • Support Latin Subs with product forecast to ensure product availability, as well as forecast accuracy from the Region.
      • Participate in the development of annual budget forecast
    • Service and Support:
      • Review Regional warranty extension agreements, make recommendations for price harmonization, and update the Regional Authorized Service Centers database

About your experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English AND Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze data, develop forecasts, and interpret business metrics; proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support pricing, forecasting, and business planning decisions
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Takes the initiative to "get the job done"
  • Critical thinker with the ability to solve complex problems
  • New college graduates with relevant internships, coursework, or project experience will be considered

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $71,027 ย and $79,905. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
