Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HR Functional Lead to join our HR
technology team. In this leadership role, you will drive the implementation,
optimization, and integration of Oracle Cloud HCM modules with a focus on seamless
ATS and HR system connectivity (onboarding, payroll, etc.). You will collaborate with
business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure our HR technology
ecosystem supports business objectives and delivers an exceptional employee
experience.
 
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field
(or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in HR systems, with at least 5 years in Oracle Cloud HCM
as a functional lead.
• Proven expertise in implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud HCM modules,
with a strong focus on Core HR and integrations with ATS, onboarding, and
payroll systems.
• Demonstrated experience in leading Oracle Cloud HCM projects, including
requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.
• Deep understanding of HR business processes, compliance, and best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment and manage multiple
priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end implementation and ongoing optimization of Oracle Cloud
HCM, focusing on Core HR, Talent Management, Onboarding, Payroll, and ATS
integrations.
• Serve as the primary functional expert and point of contact for Oracle Cloud
HCM, ensuring alignment with business processes and compliance
requirements.
• Lead HR-focused testing to ensure the system meets HR-specific needs,
including usability and process flows.
• Work with IT to ensure the ATS integrates effectively with other HR systems (e.g.,
onboarding, payroll).
• Provide input into HR data requirements and ensure the integrations align with
HR workflows and operational needs
• Collaborate with IT on user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the system
meets HR expectations and operational requirements.
• Collect feedback from HR teams and hiring managers on system performance
and usability.
• Collaborate with IT to address any identified issues, making refinements or
optimizations based on feedback from HR teams.
• Work with IT and HRIS to define and implement HR-specific metrics and
reporting capabilities within the ATS and outside of the ATS.
• Ensure the system delivers actionable insights for HR decision-making, such as
recruitment analytics, time-to-hire data, and other key HR metrics.
• Design and configure enterprise structures, self-service transactions, approval
workflows, and security profiles within Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Oversee and execute integrations between Oracle Cloud HCM and other HR
systems (e.g., ATS, onboarding, payroll), ensuring data integrity and process
automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business
requirements into functional solutions.
• Provide strategic direction for HR technology initiatives, identifying opportunities
for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Manage and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM applications and integrations,
including incident and problem management.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, and deliver end-user
training and support.
• Stay current with Oracle Cloud HCM updates, best practices, and industry
trends to ensure optimal system performance and adoption.
