Job description

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has an immediate opening for a FEHA Employment Attorney in its Los Angeles office. Ideal candidates must have at least three years of substantial employment litigation experience, including FEHA and Wage & Hour claims.

This position requires excellent analytical, research, writing and verbal communication skills and a commitment to client service. Candidates must have solid knowledge of the applicable law, including counseling and litigation, and be a self-starter who is able to handle a case from inception.

We are a full-service AmLaw 100 firm with robust national and local practices. We have garnered national recognition for our demonstrated commitment to the recruitment, retention and advancement of qualified female and diverse attorneys.

Candidates must be licensed to practice in California.

We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including eligibility for both discretionary and performance-based bonuses, as well as student loan repayment assistance.

As a national firm with a diverse and flexible workforce, including remote roles, alternative work arrangements, and contract opportunities throughout the country, our compensation structure reflects the wide range of career paths available within our platform. Our current national base salary ranges are:

  • Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000โ€“$165,000;
  • Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000โ€“$215,000;
  • Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000โ€“$275,000+.

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market. We are committed to offering compensation that is both competitive and aligned with the value each professional brings to the firm.
