In this role, you will:

  • Be an active and trusted advisor and strategic partner, collaborating with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide timely expert guidance on compensation-related matters.

  • Ability to pivot and manage multiple priorities when required.

  • Drive competitive compensation strategies by evaluating existing programs, leading annual salary survey participation, conducting market research, benchmarking, and analyzing trends to ensure best-in-class practices.

  • Lead the annual merit and bonus process and enhancements, overseeing program administration and configuring systems like Workday to ensure seamless and efficient experience.

  • Enhance efficiency and compliance by developing and documenting streamlined defensible processes aligned with regulatory requirements.

  • Manage and refine the job evaluation and benchmarking process, partnering with HR and business leaders to uphold internal equity and market competitiveness.

  • Spearhead key compensation projects, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and HRLT decision-makers.

  • Provide support and educational opportunities to the Compensation Analyst

What you'll bring

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in compensation is required.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including managing large databases and creating Excel charts is required.

  • Experience with pay equity and pay transparency and applicable compensation labor laws is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions and trends demonstrating excellent critical thinking skills.

  • Experience with Job Architecture or Job Evaluation is preferred.

  • Experience with Workday and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is preferred.

Approximate salary range for this Role: $105,000 - $115,000 USD

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Benefits

Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability.Employeesare able toenroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes an employer match.Employees will also receive10 daysof sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacationannually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of90 daysof employment.Individuals may be eligible for different oradditionalbenefits under applicable state law.

Bonus

This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
