Job description

Centurion is proud to be a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and community mental health centers nationwide.
We are currently seeking a full time Compensation Analyst join our Corporate HR team.
The Compensation Analyst will perform analysis and evaluation of job descriptions, job pricing, support and advise the HR Business partners on compensation related matters, develop compensation education materials.
  • Support the HR Business Partners with questions from the field.
  • Interfaces closely with the Payroll Department to ensure equitable pay practices.
  • Collect job descriptions, verify completeness and assist hiring managers as needed to accurately reflect the work performed for a job.
  • Review of FLSA designations for existing jobs and determination of job FLSA for new jobs.
  • Assist with market pricing and building rate scales for contracts.
  • Assist with administration of contract annual increases.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a compensation analyst.
  • Experience in salary survey participation and usage, compensation structure definitions and usage, and merit/bonus processing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • CCP or HR certification a plus.
  • Experience with Paycom a plus.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations and documents.
