This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. As an LCSW, you will be working primarily in coordination with a dedicated detox center, helping facilitate support systems for children with disabilities or developmental delays. You will leverage technology to communicate and collaborate effectively with families, colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that every child receives optimal care.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to gauge developmental progress and needs.
• Participate actively in the creation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring each plan to address specific family concerns and child development objectives.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, adapting strategies as necessary.
• Develop supportive relationships with children, families, and team members to create a nurturing learning environment.
• Educate families about their child's developmental trajectory and equip them with practical strategies to enhance their child's skills.
• Utilize the coaching model to provide instruction in natural settings, ensuring interventions are seamless and relevant.
• Adhere strictly to all federal and state regulations governing child welfare and social work practices.

The LCSW will focus on children from birth to three years old, particularly those experiencing disabilities or developmental challenges. By providing early intervention services, you will play a vital role in helping these families navigate challenges, build resilience, and create pathways for growth. • Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) recognized by the Department of Public Health, essential for delivering services.
• A valid driver's license to facilitate home visits and family interactions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage various family needs and professional interactions.
