Solace Health Services is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team as an Early Intervention Social Worker. This full-time remote role supports our Detox Center in Bellevue, Washington, focusing on providing vital early intervention services to children from birth to three years who are experiencing developmental delays. This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to deliver services from the comfort of your own home while engaging with families in their community environments. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with fellow social workers, therapists, and clinical staff to ensure holistic care for our clients. You'll have access to necessary digital tools and resources that facilitate effective communication and service delivery.

• Conduct thorough multidisciplinary team assessments to evaluate developmental status and identify individual child and family needs.
• Develop and implement individualized child development activities designed to engage and support children aged 0-3 and their families in a meaningful and enjoyable manner.
• Lead the creation of Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs), focusing on specific developmental goals and strategies tailored to each child's unique situation.
• Document progress notes, assessments, and correspondence meticulously, maintaining accurate and confidential records as required.
• Provide both individual and group interventions aimed at fostering development for infants and toddlers at risk for delays across cognitive, adaptive, social-emotional, self-care, motor, and communication domains.
• Evaluate and assess the strengths, resources, and concerns of families, offering tailored support and strategies that are culturally responsive.
• Act as a service coordinator, scheduling, developing, and monitoring intervention plans to ensure consistency and adherence to established timelines.
• Empower families by facilitating parent-child interactions and coaching them to become effective advocates for their child’s developmental needs.

This role specifically targets the pediatric population, focusing on infants and toddlers from birth to three years who may have developmental delays or are at risk for such delays. You will work closely with families, providing home and community-based services, ensuring that interventions are integrated into their daily lives and respectful of their values and priorities. • A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) license is required.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and family systems.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective interactions and documentation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards and boundaries.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on timely documentation and assessments.
• Competency with computer systems and documentation tools for managing patient information.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits.

• Prior experience working with infants and toddlers in a clinical or social work capacity strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with culturally sensitive practices and the ability to provide services that honor diverse backgrounds.
