Work Environment

The work environment at Solace Health Services is structured yet flexible, designed to accommodate the needs of our mental health team while ensuring effective client care. As a remote position, you’ll manage your schedule primarily during business hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evening or weekend availability for client sessions as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate client mental health status and needs accurately.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to client preferences and clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure holistic care for clients, sharing insights and treatment updates during regular case conferences.
• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems as needed.
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development activities to further enhance therapeutic skills and interventions.

Qualifications

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy within mental health settings.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a commitment to their application in practice.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and rapport-building with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere strictly to ethical guidelines in all professional interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with trauma-informed care frameworks or specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy).
• Background in crisis intervention strategies and ability to manage high-stress client situations effectively.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral systems relevant to mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications, alongside a potential sign-on bonus. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
