This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with students and staff through digital platforms. You will collaborate virtually with a dedicated team of educators, counselors, and administrators, all committed to the holistic development of our students.

• Perform psychological evaluations and assessments to identify students' mental health needs and educational barriers.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on assessment results.
• Provide direct counseling services to students experiencing emotional, behavioral, or academic difficulties, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate mental health support into academic programming, addressing specific classroom challenges.
• Facilitate parent and teacher workshops focused on mental health awareness and strategies for supporting students’ well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and ethical standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and recommend further interventions as needed.

The primary focus of this role will be on K-12 students enrolled in our remote school program. You will work with a diverse student population, including those with various emotional, learning, and behavioral challenges. Our goal is to support each student’s unique needs by providing tailored psychological services that promote their academic and personal growth.

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid licensure as a psychologist or social worker in the state of Missouri.
• Solid understanding of child development, educational strategies, and mental health interventions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish rapport with students, families, and educational professionals.

• Experience working with children and adolescents in an educational or therapeutic setting.
• Familiarity with online counseling platforms and virtual educational environments.
• Background in developing and implementing mental health programs within a school context.
