Key Responsibilities
  • Perform psychological evaluations and assessments to identify students' mental health needs and educational barriers.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on assessment results.
  • Provide direct counseling services to students experiencing emotional, behavioral, or academic difficulties, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with teachers to integrate mental health support into academic programming, addressing specific classroom challenges.
  • Facilitate parent and teacher workshops focused on mental health awareness and strategies for supporting students’ well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and ethical standards.
