Work Environment

The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of occasional evening shifts based on patient care needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to assess the psychological and emotional needs of children and adolescents.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans that consider individual developmental stages and family dynamics.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • A current and valid license as an LCMFT, LCSW, LCP, LCPC, or LSCSW in the state of Kansas.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities relating to child and adolescent mental health disorders.
  • Proven experience delivering individual and family therapeutic services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on a child-centered and compassionate approach.
  • A demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with children, adolescents, and their families.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
