Moonlight Mental Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our innovative team. Work Environment

This position is completely remote, offering flexibility while ensuring that you can provide your support from a comfortable and safe environment. The work setting is centered on a Detox Center, where you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare providers and specialists, to ensure comprehensive support for our clients. Although remote, you will remain connected through virtual meetings and ongoing supervision to ensure optimal outcomes for the families served.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth evaluations and assessments to understand each child’s unique needs.
• Actively contribute to the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
• Monitor and document progress, collaborating with a team of professionals to adapt strategies as necessary.
• Provide individualized support, resources, and training to families, ensuring they have the tools needed to foster their child’s development.
• Uphold all Federal and State regulations relating to early intervention services and maintain compliance.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families, creating a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
• Design evidence-based treatment strategies that incorporate Natural Learning Environment Principles.
• Engage in proactive coaching and instruction models to teach families effective strategies for enhancing their child’s development in a natural setting.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses primarily on infants and toddlers exhibiting disabilities or developmental delays. Your efforts will directly influence early intervention efforts that promote positive developmental outcomes, emphasizing family-centered practices. The families you assist will benefit from your expertise and guidance as they navigate the complexities of early childhood challenges.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Active LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license to fulfill any travel-related requirements, including home visits when necessary.
• At least one year of experience working in early intervention services with young children and their families.
• Demonstrated commitment to implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and exceptional communication skills to effectively manage case loads and maintain team collaboration.

Preferred Experience

• Bilingual capabilities are a plus, allowing us to better serve diverse communities.
• Prior experience with virtual service delivery and telehealth options to support families effectively during remote engagements.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices specifically applied in child development and early intervention settings.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 80,000, reflecting the importance of your contributions to the organization. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
