• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children and families to develop tailored support plans.
• Actively participate in the creation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring each plan is aligned with the child’s unique needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor and evaluate progress, adapting strategies as needed.
• Engage with families through direct interactions, providing education and resources that empower them in their child’s development.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations concerning early childhood intervention.
• Build trusting relationships with children and families in order to create a supportive and effective learning environment.
• Implement evidence-based practices that align with Natural Learning Environment Practices to promote child development in everyday settings.
• Utilize a coaching approach to educate families in natural contexts, enhancing the learning experience for children.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all interactions, assessments, and plans in accordance with legal and organizational guidelines.
• Proactively safeguard the health and safety of both clients and team members in all settings.

Your primary focus will be providing support for infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. You will play a crucial role in helping these children acquire essential skills across multiple domains, including cognitive, physical, social/emotional, and communication abilities. Your work will have a direct impact on their families, promoting both individual growth and overall family dynamics.

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure from the Department of Public Health; LCSW is required.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
• Strong ability to adapt interventions to cater to various learning styles and treatment plans for children.
• Demonstrated commitment to employing Natural Learning Environment Practices in your work with families.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential for maintaining multiple cases.
• Outstanding communication skills, fostering respectful collaboration with clients and colleagues.

• A minimum of one year of experience specifically working with children in early intervention settings is preferred.
