As a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will work in a flexible environment that allows you to provide care from the comfort of your home while being an integral part of our detox center facility. You will collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers, all dedicated to fostering a collaborative and supportive setting for both staff and clients.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand and document clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and tailored interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to client care.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions as well as psychoeducation classes, helping clients learn coping mechanisms and life skills.
• Offer crisis intervention support, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans to protect clients during critical situations.
• Maintain responsibility for accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

The focus of your work will primarily be with clients in detox, encompassing a range of substance use disorders and associated mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in guiding individuals through the initial stages of their recovery journey—helping them to address underlying mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma that often accompany substance abuse. This role allows for the opportunity to develop deep, impactful relationships with clients as you witness their growth and progress.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.
• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in mental health, particularly in an outpatient or detox setting.
• Strong familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and the ability to implement them effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and build rapport with clients.

• Previous experience working in a detox or addiction recovery environment is highly desired.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and safety planning.
• Experience facilitating therapy groups and psychoeducation sessions would be advantageous.
