The selected candidate will work in an engaging remote setting, collaborating closely with school personnel to address the mental health needs of students. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand each student's mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide therapy services, including individual, family, and group sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with measurable goals tailored to each student's unique circumstances.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, and other professionals to ensure an integrated and coordinated approach to care.
• Offer crisis intervention, thorough risk assessments, and effective safety planning to support students in acute distress.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions focused on resilience-building and emotional regulation.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to adhere to ethical and legal standards in therapy practices.

This role focuses on a diverse clientele comprised primarily of school-aged children and adolescents, each requiring tailored interventions that cater to their emotional and developmental needs. You will play a vital role in fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment, guiding students through personal challenges and enhancing their social and emotional competencies.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches applicable to children and adolescents.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff.

Experience in school-based counseling or child psychology is preferred. Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and a track record of collaborative work within multidisciplinary teams will be advantageous in ensuring comprehensive support for students.
