Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health concerns, strengths, and resources of each client.
• Offer individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions to guide the therapeutic process.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure a coordinated approach to client care.
• Facilitate crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary, responding quickly to clients in acute distress.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring quality care.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops, fostering community and support among clients.

Qualifications
