Position Overview

Western Reflections Counseling is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team of mental health professionals. This full-time remote position allows you to provide crucial support to clients in a detox center setting, addressing complex mental health challenges while promoting recovery and resilience. Work Environment

This position is a fully remote role that allows for flexible scheduling while serving clients in a detox center. You will collaborate virtually with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to facilitate effective treatment plans. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, strengths, and areas requiring support.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans to address client needs and set achievable therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure clients receive integrated care tailored to their recovery journey.
• Facilitate crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring client safety and immediate support.
• Document all interactions and treatment modalities in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes, promoting skills development and community support among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on clients at various stages of detoxification and recovery, many of whom deal with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. These individuals seek support in understanding and managing their symptoms, reclaiming their lives, and building resilience in the face of challenges. Your empathetic approach and clinical expertise will be crucial in guiding them toward recovery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, specifically working with diverse populations.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and the ability to apply these in session.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in detox or substance use treatment environments.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage documentation and client data efficiently.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive client care.
