The Role

As a BDR at Measured, you will be the first conversation many prospects have with us. You will build an outbound pipeline against a defined ICP of marketing, analytics, and growth leaders at B2C and retail brands. You will spot accounts showing signs they are ready for a measurement conversation (a new CMO, a funding round, a platform ROAS number that does not tie to revenue, a job posting for an attribution or MMM hire) and turn that signal into a qualified meeting for the seller team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Run high-volume, multi-channel outbound (phone, email, LinkedIn) to marketing and analytics leaders (director - C-suite) based on in market signals and scoring.
  • Use AI-assisted prospecting and research tools daily to identify accounts, personalize outreach at scale, and prioritize the highest-intent prospects, so your time goes to real conversations.
  • Qualify inbound leads and build outbound pipeline against monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Partner with Account Executives on account strategy and with Marketing on campaign feedback and lead quality.
  • Support the events team by scheduling meetings with key accounts at events.
  • Keep CRM data clean and provide structured feedback back to product and marketing.

Ideal Experience

  • 2+ years of sales, prospecting, or customer-facing experience. Prior BDR/SDR experience is a plus, not a requirement.
  • AI fluency as a daily habit. You reach for AI tools before doing things manually, and you are always testing new ones. 
  • Comfort with sales engagement tools, CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce), and AI tools (Claude, Clay or similar) and ABX tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication. Your role is to help solve problems and build relationships with our clients. Curious, coachable, and resilient. 
  • Organized and process-minded. You build your own systems rather than waiting to be told.
  • Curiosity about how enterprise marketers measure media performance. You do not need to be a measurement expert on day one, but you need to want to become one.
