Role Summary
TESIM Electric is seeking a Business Development Coordinator – Entry Level to support customer research, opportunity tracking, proposal coordination, and relationship-building activities. TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas. Electrical construction experience is not required. We value dependable people who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and take pride in accurate work.
What You’ll Do
• Research companies, projects, contacts, and market activity using approved sources.
• Update CRM records, opportunity trackers, calendars, and follow-up lists.
• Help prepare qualifications, presentations, meeting materials, and event logistics.
• Coordinate internal follow-up so leads and customer requests do not stall.
What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of sales support, customer service, hospitality, research, or office experience.
• Professional writing, phone, email, and basic spreadsheet skills.
• Curiosity, persistence, organization, and comfort learning construction markets.
