Job Description

Small Tech / Creative studio seeking a remote Sales / Biz Dev / Operations Ninja to join our team! Preferably in the Los Angeles area. The ideal candidate would be the crew's 4th column, someone who can swing with the punches and is willing to invest their time in growing the company to its full potential. CEO has been involved in successful exits and can invest the time to catalyze the growth necessary. 

If everything works out, equity would be available 6 months out from hire. Will start on commission only for the first 2 months. Draw on commission for the first 4 months thereafter. Salary and Equity thereafter if qualified.

In this role, you'll be involved in all aspects of our sales cycle-from building awareness and generating leads via email campaigns to communicating our value to customers and closing deals. You will learn about Agile development and Design Thinking Methodology which applies to building digital products efficiently and iteratively.

  • Oversee the daily sales operations
  • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
  • Establish sales goals and metrics
  • Train and evaluate employees
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints
  • Work with HR to recruit top-tier talent


Qualifications
  • Familiar and comfortable in a fast moving startup environment
  • Experience selling digital services including: Design, Development, Optimization, SEO, Etc.
  • Self starting, efficient, component and experienced in leading themselves and others.
  • Senior / executive mentality. There's no room for us to train this candidate.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software
  • Proven track record of success achieving sales targets
