• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, ensuring that interventions align with their goals and circumstances.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities to address mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral issues.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of behavioral health.
• Take on additional responsibilities as required, including outreach initiatives and community engagement projects.

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults who are navigating complex life challenges. Clients may present with a diverse range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related difficulties, and executive functioning challenges. Your role will enhance their coping strategies and resilience, translating to improved individual outcomes and community mental health.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required for this position.
• An active license in the state of Oregon as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a high caseload while delivering high-quality services and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Strong clinical skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster a supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a behavioral health setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy techniques will be advantageous.
• Background in crisis intervention techniques and familiarity with trauma-informed care practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
