In this leadership role, youโ€™ll supervise brick masons, laborers, and equipment operators on commercial construction sites. You'll ensure all masonry work is performed to spec, safely, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise masonry crews, ensuring quality work and efficient performance
  • Interpret blueprints and project specifications to guide construction
  • Manage all phases of commercial masonry workโ€”block, brick, and stone
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols
  • Coordinate workflow, manpower, materials, and equipment on-site
  • Conduct jobsite safety meetings and maintain a safe work environment
  • Track crew performance and report progress to project management
  • Train and mentor team members to maintain high standards of workmanship
  • Troubleshoot field challenges and coordinate with PMs to resolve issues
  • Ensure project deadlines and quality benchmarks are consistently met
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in commercial masonry (brick/block/stone)
  • Proven leadership experience managing field crews and site logistics
  • Strong ability to read blueprints and execute to spec
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Ability to work overtime and meet the demands of active job sites
  • Valid driver's license
