Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Pharmacy Director for an acute care hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Lead all operational and clinical activities within the hospital pharmacy department
Develop, implement, evaluate, and improve pharmacy practice standards aligned with current best practices
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and accreditation regulations
Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain pharmacy staff while promoting clinical excellence
Prepare departmental budgets and capital expenditure requests
Review and update pharmacy policies and procedures in accordance with hospital bylaws
Collaborate with hospital leadership to promote quality, patient safety, and operational efficiency

Requirements

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy REQUIRED
Active Tennessee Pharmacist License REQUIRED
Minimum Five Years of Pharmacy Experience REQUIRED
Minimum Three Years of Hospital Pharmacy Management Experience REQUIRED
Previous Leadership Experience REQUIRED
Pharmacy Residency or Fellowship Preferred
Master's Degree Preferred
