Job description

General Position Summary

Primary responsibility includes the effective consulting on all mobility related services to ensure a successful relocation for the transferring employees of our corporate clients. The Consultant may also be asked to work closely with account management in support of the day-to-day corporate client regarding any issues or problem resolution.

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities

  • Acts as the single point of consulting and coordination of relocation services and benefits for the relocating employees of multiple clients and a variety of policies;
  • Coordinate and manage the oversight of various relocation related services with our network of service partners;
  • Utilizes the system that houses all pertinent relocation information for our clients and employees to calendar, task, diary and follow-up on all outstanding relocation related services with appropriate internal and external parties;
  • Supports data integrity goals by entering key relocation related information relating to transferee, service provider network, client, etc., into system;
  • Manages exceptions as directed via client instruction;
  • Demonstrates a willingness to improve job-related skills, responding to direction and constructive feedback in a positive and professional manner;
  • Shows flexibility and creativity in completing work assignments; may require additional work hours during peak season or as business requires;
  • Attends and actively participates in all team and/or other meetings and training sessions as deemed appropriate;
  • Develops and maintains a positive and professional working relationship with all members of the team, customers, clients, and service partners;
  • Accepts additional job assignments and participates in project work as requested;
  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook;

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in relocation or closely related customer service industry i.e., (real estate, mortgage, property management);
  • Utilization of Microsoft Office Suite products and other technology supported systems and skillset;
  • CRP designation and/or real estate license preferred.
