Role Overview:
We are seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager to own the infrastructure and logistics that power our hiring engine. You'll lead a team of Recruiting Coordinators, drive process improvements, and ensure every touchpoint in the candidate journey is seamless and scalable. This role sits at the intersection of people, process, and systems and is critical to our ability to hire exceptional talent at speed. Responsibilities:
  • Directly manage and develop a team of Recruiting Coordinators, ensuring high performance, and smooth day-to-day recruiting logistics
  • Own and continuously improve recruiting coordination workflows, from scheduling and offer logistics to onboarding handoffs
  • Maintain, administer, and optimize recruiting systems and tools (ATS and beyond), ensuring data integrity and system health
  • Lead the design and iteration of interview training programs and scorecard frameworks in partnership with Recruiting and HR
  • Partner with Recruiting to build, update, and standardize recruiting communications, including email templates and candidate-facing messaging
  • Partner with Recruiting to evaluate, implement, and manage new recruiting tools and technologies to improve team efficiency
  • Partner with HR, Recruiting, and business stakeholders to identify process gaps and drive cross-functional improvements
  • Develop and track operational metrics to measure team performance and inform continuous improvement efforts
  • Work 4-5 days onsite out of our office in Hawthorne, California

Minimum Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, or a closely related field
  • 2+ years of people management experience, with a track record of developing high-performing coordinators or ops specialists
  • Deep familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS) and recruiting tech stacks; hands-on experience with system administration and configuration
  • Strong process orientation; you can identify inefficiencies, design solutions, and execute implementation end-to-end
  • Experience designing or improving interview frameworks, scorecards, or structured hiring programs
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Clear, direct communicator who builds trust quickly across functions and levels

Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience with Greenhouse (admin-level), LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar enterprise recruiting tools
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruiting/HR data workflows
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or tech environment
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and building programs from the ground up
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using data to drive decisions and present insights to stakeholder

Salary range: $140,000 - 165,000
The stated compensation range reflects only the targeted base compensation range and excludes additional earnings such as bonus, equity, and benefits.
