About the role:

You will deliver full-cycle recruiting for mid- to senior-level Operations positions across the organization. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders, developing recruitment strategies that align with our needs, talent market conditions, and organizational priorities. You will identify and engage top talent while building partnerships across the organization to deliver a hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies and understand workforce needs.
  • Source, engage, and assess qualified candidates through a variety of channels.
  • Develop talent pipelines for our hiring needs.
  • Deliver a candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and equal employment opportunity principles in all recruiting activities.
  • Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining organization and responsiveness.
  • Build relationships with candidates, leaders, HR partners, and important partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience, including direct sourcing and corporate recruiting.
  • Experience partnering consultatively with business leaders to define and fulfill talent needs.
  • Experience developing recruitment strategies and talent attraction plans.
  • Experience building diverse talent pipelines.
  • Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required; Workday ATS experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action requirements.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance practices.
  • Experience using talent acquisition metrics and understanding how they influence each stage of the recruiting funnel.
  • Ability to travel occasionally and commute to events and company locations.
