Job description

We are seeking a driven and career-focused Entry-Level Technical Recruiter to join our team in Eagan, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in talent acquisition, technical recruiting, and sales-driven environments. You will play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent while building long-term relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Location: Eagan, MN (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools
  • Conduct 5–10+ daily candidate interviews via Microsoft Teams and phone screening
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit for client requirements
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Present and market qualified candidates to internal recruiting teams and clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within ATS and CRM systems
  • Collaborate with recruiters, account managers, and leadership to meet hiring goals and deadlines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of professional experience (recruiting, sales, customer service, or related field preferred)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Results-driven with a competitive mindset and strong work ethic
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Proficient with technology and able to quickly learn ATS, CRM systems, and recruiting platforms
  • Ability to conduct video interviews and perform high-volume outreach
