The Role
We are seeking a Manager, Recruitment Operations to join our Recruitment Strategy & Operations team. This role will lead the operational effectiveness of our global recruitment function. This role is responsible for optimizing processes, systems, and delivering data-driven insights to improve the efficiency, scalability, and quality of our hiring practices.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, a deep understanding of recruiting systems, processes and workflows, and a passion for continuous improvement. This is a key enabling role within the Recruitment team, working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and IT, among other key stakeholders.
Recruiting Process Best-Practices & Optimization
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and consistent recruiting processes across geographies and business units.
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements in workflows (e.g., requisition approvals, interview scheduling, offer management).
  • Establish strategies and operational rigor across key recruitment practices - screening, interviewing, assessment, etc.

Technology & Systems Management
  • Collaborate on the administration and optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
  • Partner with HR Operations to troubleshoot system issues, implement upgrades, and improve recruiter and stakeholder experiences.
  • Work with HR Operations, evaluate and recommend recruiting technologies (e.g., AI sourcing tools, CRM platforms, scheduling automation).

Data & Reporting
  • Define and monitor key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline conversion).
  • Collaborate with the HR Data team, build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to recruiting leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and platforms.

Recruiting Enablement & Training
  • Develop documentation, toolkits, and training materials for recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers.
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing training for Recruitment systems and processes.
  • Promote adoption of best practices across the Recruitment team.

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, Inclusion, and People Analytics to align recruiting operations with workforce planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Support vendor management and relationships with background check, scheduling, and sourcing partners.

Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience in recruiting/HR operations and strategy.
  • Experience managing ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
  • Proven success in optimizing recruiting workflows and implementing scalable operational solutions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, Power BI, Asana, or Tableau.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of global recruitment practices.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, and matrixed organization.

Location
This is a hybrid role based in our Los Angeles office.
Compensation
The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $136,000-$159,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
