Position Summary:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruitment Operations Partners, including performance management and development planning
  • Own recruiting operations for assigned business areas, including scheduling, candidate communication, and sourcing support
  • Ensure data integrity across ATS/CRM systems and drive accurate reporting and metrics tracking
  • Improve recruiting processes, workflows, and candidate experience through SOPs and operational enhancements
  • Serve as a trusted partner and escalation point while maintaining high service standards, confidentiality, and stakeholder relationships

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :
  • Bachelor's degree in related field - preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations
  • 1-3+ years of people leadership experience
  • Experience supporting clinical or technical roles
  • Physician Recruiting support experience highly preferred

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $110K-$120K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
